Sejak beberapa tahun ini, isu "light saber" atau garis hijau pada skrin AMOLED/OLED semakin tular. Lebih parah, ada jenama yang menghiraukan dan tidak memberi penjelasan tentangnya.



Justeru, OnePlus memberi jaminan seumur hidup untuk semua peranti mereka yang ada masalah garisan hijau pada skrin. Malangnya, ia terhad untuk negara India, setakat artikel ini ditulis.

Ini bermakna, jika pengguna di India yang menggunakan OnePlus 10 Pro tiba-tiba mengalami masalah skrin dengan garisan hijau, maka dia boleh terus ke pusat khidmat OnePlus untuk baik pulih secara percuma.



Bagi model-model yang sudah tidak dikeluarkan lagi seperti sesetengah model dalam siri OnePlus 8 dan OnePlus 9, pengguna diberi diskaun untuk beli telefon OnePlus yang baharu.

Hal ini kerana skrin gantinya tidak lagi tersedia. Namun, pembelian telefon baru tersebut haruslah melalui laman web OnePlus India.
