Ini Kenyataan Rasmi Digi Terhadap Isu Rangkaian Internet

Semalam, ramai pelanggan Digi menghadapi masalah rangkaian dan Digi sendiri memaklumkan perkhidmatan seperti aplikasi MyDigi, tambah nilai prabayar dan bayaran bil pascabayar terganggu.

Oleh yang demikian, Digi kini sudah mengeluarkan kenyataan rasmi terhadap isu berkenaan.
On 22 October, we had informed our customers on a planned system migration taking place from 25 to 26 October, that may affect several services for a short period of time.

We regret that due to some unforeseen complications, there has been a delay in restoring some of these services. Some of our customers may be experiencing intermittent internet connectivity. Our teams are working on restoring these services as soon as possible, and we will provide more updates in due course. In the meantime, we have listed some alternatives on our website www.digi.com.my for affected customers.

We humbly apologise for any inconvenience caused, and thank all customers for their patience and understanding. 

Berdasarkan kenyataan tersebut, Digi mengatakan terdapat sedikit masalah untuk mengembalikan gangguan rangkaian tersebut. Disebabkan itu, pengguna akan mengalami capaian internet yang tidak stabil.

Buat masa sekarang, pelanggan Digi yang terjejas boleh rujuk ke laman INI untuk membantu anda dalam tempoh ini.

Bagaimanapun, Digi masih belum menyatakan bilakah perkara tersebut akan diselesaikan.
